Jason's new room is above the Vic Hotel in Brunswick. It's a pretty awesome place, though there are some kind of strange aspects to it.
For instance, the business going on up on his ceiling.
Jason had so much shit. It took ages to move. When it came to this desk, Ed was pretty definite, 'That's going nowhere near the van. It's going down the street and we're leaving it there.' So that's what happened.
Another Ed quote: 'Right now, you actually look like a homeless person'.
Dropped into the East to pick up the key for my digs from my new housemate Kate! No pics of the new place yet, but rest assured, it's awesome.
View from Jason's balcony. Ah, Brunswick.
Ah, the lads.
Part of the reason our moving day was so gruelling was because of the night before, a party at Alex Aker's place with none other than TJ. Quite extensive it was, too.
He was making his debut as a DJ. His title was something like 'DJ No Cash 3am Doozy aka Le Snak'.
DJ No Cash 3am Doozy aka Le Snak even brought his own smoke machine, utilised here in a sort of happy metal way by Adam.
What else? Penny did an awesome talk as part of the writer's festival, with Eli Horowitz of McSweeney's. It was very inspiring and I felt very lucky to be able to hear her speak on a regular basis without having to hassle her for free tickets.

Haha Penny should start charging you for across desk inspiration by the half hour! Happy housewarming.
